I’ve been at Uber for almost 4 years now as an Localization Experience Program Manager, I mainly manage the quality for all Spanish Mexico and the rest of its variants in LATAM. At the same time, I also work on continuous improvements to several of the quality programs we have at Uber to ensure the User experience
lives up to the standard our company represents.
