He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Printing Engineering and began his career designing English-language content. As India rapidly evolved into a key localization hub in the late 2000s, he transitioned into a project management role with a leading LSP, managing high-impact multilingual programs. This pivotal shift fueled his passion for scalable, customer-centric globalization.

Currently, Jay serves as the Product Globalization Lead at Dell Technologies, where he drives globalization strategy and execution for product portfolios. He leads stakeholder alignment and process optimization, while also supporting as regional leader in India. He is especially passionate about transforming the customer journey through early globalization, innovation, and the thoughtful integration of emerging technologies.
