Building a truly local user journey: localisation as a growth driver
At Canva, going local means customising the user journey to each market. In this session, we’ll share how our localisation team takes a cross-functional approach to make the experience feel genuinely local from the very first touchpoint. We’ll walk through how we tailor every step of the journey: from a customised landing page to market-specific marketing and SEO pages, through to a tailored Education onboarding flow and product adaptations. We’ll share the thinking behind our approach, what it looks like in practice, and why going end-to-end is an excellent way to build a truly local experience.
