At Google, Yael spearheads the Gender-Appropriate UI (GAUI) initiative, a scalable solution delivering personalized experiences for 1.6 billion Google users who speak over 40 gendered languages across dozens of Google flagship products like Gmail and Chrome, allosing them to move beyond clunky neutral workarounds to deep, grammatically accurate personalization.

Her career includes 17 years as a literary translator of over 100 books, including Atlas Shrugged, Eat, Pray, Love, and Game of Thrones.
