Ana Alonso has been Airbnb’s Localization Manager for Spanish (Spain) since 2017.  Ana’s role has evolved over time as Airbnb grew from a mid-size startup all the way to a public company. From working almost exclusively on linguistic reviews back when she started to a more strategic role today, her main goal is to improve Localization for the Spanish market but also develop key cross functional partnerships with other teams within Airbnb to improve Localization at a global scale.
