Melissa is a lovely person and a very skilled trainer. I loved the pace of the class, the content that invites one to further reflection and Melissa’s way of engaging with the audience (calm and welcoming). It was a great use of my time. It provided the first tools in attacking this (at first glance) daunting task of setting up a Language Strategy.
