Mariella Sanchez (she/her/ella) is a UX Content Design Lead on Google’s Gemini Global team, which aims to bring the power of collaborative and responsible AI to people around the world. She has worked at Google for 7 years and is deeply committed to championing products that resonate culturally with users. Mariella previously led content strategy for the Google Assistant Personality Team with a focus on Spanish-speaking U.S. and Latin American. Her prior experience as a Creative Director at advertising agencies, developing campaigns in both English and Spanish, honed her skills in crafting compelling, user-centric messaging. Mariella holds a degree in Romance Languages from NYU and a Masters in Public Communications from Fordham University. Outside of work, you can find Mariella reading, listening to anything with a good beat, and planning her family’s next vacation.
